The Laboratory was established in the year 1991 by Dr Anjana Singh, MD (Biochemistry). As Laboratory is established by a Biochemist, it focuses on Biochemical tests with general hematology, clinical pathology and general microbiology tests.

The laboratory started as “Central Diagnostics” and operated from ground floor of Shantipriya Apartments, Boring Road, Patna – 800 001 since 18th August 1991. In July 2006, Laboratory moved its operation to the new facility located in
